Acceptance of Terms and Age Restriction
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 70200 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
The 70200 platform is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and take full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided during registration. 70200 reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time and to suspend any account found to be in breach of the age requirement.
These terms apply to all users of the 70200 platform, regardless of how they access it — whether via web browser, mobile app or any other interface provided by 70200.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the 70200 platform. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in your account being closed and any remaining balance being forfeited.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential
- Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without your authorisation
- Notifying 70200 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
- Updating your personal information whenever changes occur
70200 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their own account credentials.
Payments, Deposits and Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the 70200 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited belong to them and have been obtained through legitimate means.
70200 supports a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers, e-wallets, and other options available on the platform. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals vary depending on the selected payment method and account verification level.
Regarding withdrawals:
- Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or payment method that has been registered and verified under the same user's name.
- 70200 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving withdrawals that exceed a specified limit.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected and may take up to several business days in certain cases.
- Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraud or illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
70200 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering or a breach of these terms.
